General Rules

• No offensive materials depicting excessive violence. The term “excessive violence” shall include, but will not be, limited to, the following:
  1. Anything that glorifies or glamorizes violence;
  2. Portrayal of sexual activity;
  3. Anything that satisfies the craving for gratuitous violence
  4. Anything that contains detailed and/or prolonged images of other kinds of violence;
  5. Anything that glorifies criminals or condones violence; and
  6. Any other material, which in the opinion of buyandsellph.com, that is offensive in nature and/or depicting excessive violence
• No foul, offensive or improper language.
• No racist, hateful, inflammatory or flaming comments.
• No reference to any illegal materials and activities.
• Avoid confusing, deceptive and/or misleading information.
• No reference, except for those considered as “fair use” under existing laws, rules and regulations, to materials protected by copyright and/or intellectual property laws without the prior permission from the rightful owner(s). However, materials, items and/or articles which are replicas, counterfeits and/or unauthorized copies of an original shall likewise be prohibited.
