Call Center Agents for Banking accounts

-Help and assist customers with account questions as well as issues such as missing debit and credit cards, resetting account passwords and money transfers.
*Those who are not qualified for the said account may be profiled to our telco, travel, sales or online retail shopping accounts.

Minimum Requirements:
-Open to Fresh College graduates
-High school graduates and College undergraduates are also welcome to apply
-Good to Excellent English communication skills
-Computer literate and good web navigation skills
-Must be self-confident and self-motivated
-Willing to work on shifting schedules including graveyard
-Can to start ASAP
