• Responsible for the transferring of titles, and payment of taxes and permits
• Implement marketing initiatives to help achieve sales and occupancy goals
• Directly coordinates with the owners regarding the status of the property
• Enforces the condominium policies regarding the payment terms and contracts, and the house rules and regulations
• Collates and prepares the following reports:
o Daily – occupancy rate, revenue, workflow of staff
o Weekly – payment delinquencies, payroll of staff
o Monthly – financial reports, revenues and expenses, profits and losses, trends of occupancy rate and sales
• Establishes good relationship with current and prospected tenants and buyers
• Possess Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent
